how to request a return?

    what is the payback period?

    Please note that we have a maximum of 30 days to process the refund, starting from the day we receive the return at our warehouse.

    Of course, we will do our best to refund you as soon as possible within 30 days:

    Bank account refunds usually take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return at our depot.

    Please note that the shipping charges you paid for the delivery of your order will NOT be refunded.

    2. Go to the “My Orders” section to find all your orders.
    3. In the “Returns” section, you will also find all your current/finished returns.
    4. You must then click on “Shipping and Returns” located in the footer which will open the return form to fill out and send.
    your return :

    The return of the product will be at our expense, we provide you with a return form. You will just have to return the order to us at 59/63, Avenue Victor Hugo 93300 Aubervilliers, France. It will then be sent back to you.
